We completed our final today and we talked about what is expected when writing an open response. So, take a look at the quotation above. What does this mean to you? Think bout some struggles you have faced in the past. How have they made you stronger?

Write in Grammar and Mechancs Notebook. Web your answer and do your best. One well-organized paragraph is fine.

Some students have chosen to redo their open response for the final. Four or five sentences is certainly not sufficient in length to correctly answer a question.

Read Chapter 13 over the weekend and do one set of quarter notes. Use the words from Chapters 13-18 from quizlet for the vocabulary section of your quarter notes. The questions should be written while you read. That's really the easy part! Check out the link on your right, IKWYDLS.

Just Follow the Directions For Part I Of The Noun Sheet From Today.

Today we reviewed "Nouns" a little bit. For homework please circle all the nouns in the paragraph on the sheet and put "c" above the common nouns and "P" above the proper nouns.

On the sentences at the bottom, underline the subject once and the predicate twice.
