Today we finished the test we began yesterday. We read and discussed Chapter 8 in IKWYDLS. WE reviewed and identified figurative language in the book which the class included on their bookmarks. In addition, we began writing about our "perfect day."

Today we received our list of vocabulary words. Tonight for homework we are responsible for defining the words in our Vocabulary/Notetaking Notebook. We did three words from the list together on the SMART board.
In addition, our Chapter 3 Quarter Notes looked incomplete. We will fix those for homework, also.

Today we constructed a set of quarter notes for Chapter 2 of IKWYDLS. You must define the words under the vocabulary section for homework. Also, read Chapter 3 and complete a "COMPLETE" set of quarter notes using the examples we worked on for Chapter 2.
